NOAA Montlake Research Laboratory Facility Renovation

Ahtna performed facility upgrades which included: 1) design/build of the west parking lot (about 0.8 acre) with storm water drainage system, and solar-powered flood lights; 2) replacement of all exterior windows at the West Building with replica of the historic windows; 3) sewer line repair for the West Building; 4) Replacement of interior and exterior lights at the Central Building with new high efficiency lights; 5) remodeling of the Central Building Auditorium; 6) Asphalt repair of the south access road to include paving, sealing, and stripping of the repaired roadway; 7) ADA door access repair at the West Building; and (8) various concrete walkway repair on campus.

Ahtna directed civil design work consisting of a 100% design of the new west parking lot, self-performed sewer line and concrete walkway repairs, as well as the auditorium upgrade.

We completed the project within budget and met schedule requirements.
